Area of Interest: Child Custody Agreements

Report by: Arthur TurnerChild Custody Agreements

Anybody who has been through the pain of a divorce or separation will know how wrenching decisions around custody can be. So many terms are bandied about ('joint custody', 'child custody agreements', filing for custody') but so little information is available on how to acheive the best outcomes for the children.

A resource that has helped me a great deal in this regard was Drs. Gary Brickin and Gail Elliot's Custody Strategies. It is availabe in versions for men and women (with USA and Canadian editions available for both). The information it contains is invaluable and would take the average 'layperson' years to research.

Product Description:

Custody Strategies is a program designed to give parents struggling with custody issues the best possible infomations. It is presented in a downloadable format which means that you can have immediate access to some of the most important information on securing the future of your child.

It would have been impossible to have gone thru this whole thing alone.  Your pro se info plus all of the other info really helped get me pointed in the right direction. I had to handle my own case and the judge congratulated me on being so well prepared. (He asked if I might consider working as a legal secretary…I might!) User Comment at Official Website

I’ve been a mental health professional for 7 years. I didn’t think there was anything about child custody that I didn’t already know. But, ultimately, on a very personal basis, I was surprised to learn new valuable techniques I’d never considered before and they certainly worked to my advantage. User Comment at Official Website

Believe it or not, your pack of info helped me help my lawyer so much, that he has been telling her clients about your literature.  I’ll bet you’ve gotten a rash of orders from LA. User Comment at Official Website
